A mixed-media presentation, combining live music and sound with sequential art and narrative. Run Downhill exists simultaneously as a both a live performance ensemble and a printed comic book. Featuring stories and music from writer/producer/creator T.J. Troy, and artwork from Scott Angle, Chris McFann, and Quinn Salazar, Run Downhill represents a truly unique point of departure into mixed-media forms.
Collaborative weekly comics featuring a writer, an artist, and a theme… Each week, writers produce a 4-6 panel comic (single page) based on a selected theme: scripts are placed in The Hat and drawn randomly to partner with available artists. Artists generally take one week to draw the comic, and once it’s lettered, it is archived on The Comic Jam website (http://thecomicjam.com), available to all.
